The total built-up area of the villa is about 367 sq.m. According to the client’s requirements, we chose the one-story design. An open space occupies the central part of the house. It includes a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, which are located in a linear order.
It also includes a large terrace with a fireplace and a recreation area with a pool. In the eastern part of the house there are a guest area and an office. In this layout, the living – dining room overlooks the garden, and the bedrooms overlook the courts, providing the necessary confidentiality and privacy.
